I am accredited and registered by BACP, ACAT and HIPC/UKCP and have been practicing as a therapist since 1995.

I also have extensive experience as a supervisor and as a trainer in Mental Health and Community Project Development.

I bring compassionate understanding and mindful attention to all my work, offering Individual Counselling, Couples Counselling and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Supervision and Training. I am registered with ICO and my practice meets with GDPR standards.
