Why Therapy?
Therapy can be helpful in addressing a wide range of issues. It can also be useful if you are unsure of how things are going in your life but have an underlying feeling that you, or something, is not OK and you would like to explore this to help improve the quality of your existence.
People come to see me for a variety of reasons including:
